  1. 1. A great leader is someone who takes charge in the face of adversity. Someone who can be the rock that everyone needs. What really makes a great leader is someone who isn't afraid of the unknown and is willing to take risks.

    2. A great leader should be fearless, motivated, and kind.

    3. The leadership qualities I possess are motivation and kindness. When put in the position of a leader, I really take charge and get the ball rolling as best as I can. Also, I believe you should always be kind to those who are working for/with you. It just creates a better environment in general.

  4. 1) A great leader in my opinion knows how to handle very pressing situations and keep things in order while doing such. They have determination and perseverance to get them and those around them through whatever comes their way.

    2) Said leader should have devotion, determination, intelligence, considerate, and overall, be selfless to further benefit those around them. Without those things, I feel as if they are not fit to be a leader.

    3) I do believe I posses intelligence and determination if anything. Once I'm determined, it is rather hard to get me to be anything else. I am also very wise in terms of situational awareness and what to do and what not to do in order to reach success.

    1. 2 (cont.). A good leader needs compassion because it is good for a leader to feel sympathy towards others. A good leader needs kindness because no one wants a leader who is strict and is unfair to what is required to get the job done. A good leader also needs honor because a leader needs to be able to respect their own followers because no matter how high up you are in leadership, everyone deserves the same respect that you are given.

3 (cont.). I have the leadership quality of Kindness because I am willing to listen to people, I do not judge people at all, and I try to be as easy to deal with as possible. I am also compassionate because I have sympathy towards those who deserve it. I also feel that this is leading up to some sort of group project that will have a group leader in it.

  11. 1. I think a great leader has a strong ability to rally a group of people behind one common cause. A cause which will benefit everyone in the group, and assign various tasks to everyone under his leadership to help achieve this cause. It is the leader's job to delegate tasks and organize everyone in the group.

    2. A good leader has to be confident, honest, and responsible. They have to confident otherwise no one will want to follow them, they cannot lie, and has to be the most responsible one of the group.

    3. I like to thin I am both confident and honest. I try my best to be responsible but I'm still working on it.

  13. 1. A great leader to me is someone who can inspire their followers and that uses proper use of discipline. I think a perfect leader would be my football coach because he inspires people, uses discipline properly and to make us work harder, can get the best out of us, and has an ambition.

    2. 3 qualities a great leader should posses would be using discipline, inspiring people, and having an ambition. Why I think this is because you can't have a perfect society with out rules and the only way to carry out rules is by discipline. Also great leaders should be able to inspire people and he should also have an ambition that drives him to do the things he should and do inspire himself.

3.I think the 2 leadership qualities I posses is carrying out discipline and getting the best out of people. i think this because I set rules and you can't have rules without discipline and I use that to get the best out of people and inspire them.

  14. 1) A great leader, to me, is someone who leads by example. It isn't someone who sits on the sidelines telling those that work for them what to do and nothing else. It is someone who gets actively involved in whatever it is that they are leading.

    2) A) A leader must be able to motivate their followers in order to accomplish a task, B) A leader must be willing to work hard alongside those that they lead, and C) A leader must have a good, respectful relationship with those who work for them.

    3) I like to believe that I lead by example, as I will rarely ask someone else to do something for me and do none of the work myself. I also like to think that I am good at keeping in touch with those I may lead, and making sure that their needs are being met.

  15. 1. A leader are people that can bring the best out of people and they can make the best out of bad situations and improve on them. Leaders also need to have a good attitude and they need to give and take, and confident.

    2. A great leader to me is someone that is ambitious, does not give up, and listens to his followers. Because they’re ambitious they are willing to move forward, they wont stop because they don't like giving up, also if they listen to their followers.

    3. I would make a good leader. Because I possess a couple qualities. These qualities are that I have a good attitude and that I bring the best out of people. Also, I have very good instincts.

  16. 1.) What makes me a great leader is my coordination and knowledge. I plan accordingly and efficiently using the traits of my team to be used at its maxed for maximum effort. Staying on focus is a major key to a good leader without getting off task. A great leader should support his/her members to do their best and succeed.
2.) The top three qualities a great leader should posses is a good attitude, well established communication with the group, and gaining maximum effort from each member. When the teacher isn’t feeling well, there is less productivity that day. Teachers are joyful and have a great personality to befriend the students to gain their acknowledgement so they pay attention and do their work. Communication is key to great productivity, an example is teachers, they give direct instructions and guidance for each individual in order for them to know what they are doing.
3.) I would make a great leader due to my excellent guidance and coordination.I will help my team be on course and give them easy instructions on what to do. I plan ahead with great details in order to have a great start to my project or assignment. Everyone I’ve worked with so far has enjoyed me as a team leader and I hope to keep it the same.

  17. 1. A great leader to me is someone who knows how to take charge and work with their team to get what needs to be done, done. To be be a great leader you need to be willing to work with your team every step of the way, as well as get the rest of your team doing the same.

    2. Three qualities would include confidence, charisma, and work ethic. You need to have confidence in your team and yourself in order to properly lead your followers to success, you can't second guess yourself. You also need to be charismatic, you need to be able to connect and inspire the people you work with so they can start to truly feel like you're the one who is going to lead them to victory. Lastly you need a good work ethic, the success of your team starts with YOU, a leader can’t be looking for shortcuts to skip out on effort.

    3. I have a good work ethic and am charismatic. I always know what I need to do in a group and do it, knowing that others are depending on me. Im also charismatic, I can connect and interact with coworkers to better communication throughout working with them.

  18. 1. A leader should be able to control the people below him, and do so without trouble. This requires him to enforce discipline upon those below him.
    2. For me, a great leader is honest, decisive, and responsible. All of these traits help define a person into the best that can be, and would make them a very well rounded leader. Being responsible help with dealing with other people, being honest keeps yourself in check, and being decisive is a trait that helps with everyday challenges.
    3. I believe the two leadership qualities that I possess is responsibility and honesty.

  20. 1) What I believe a great leader would be like is to have someone smart, have creativity, and to have past experience with what he or she is leading to.
    2) 1.smart; I chose smart because they need to be intelligent and not being a total idiot. 2. creativity. I chose creativity because if they have creativity than they are not a robot(as in they are just soul less).3. Last thing would be that they know what are they doing. If they don't know what they are doing then they are completely stupid.
    3. Umm........ I guess that I have a loud voice and that 90% of the time I know what I am doing.

  21. 1. A leader is a guy who can step up do things others can't do and take the fault and responsibility for himself.

    2. honesty you would not want a leader that lies to you ,discipline because we need a strong leader than can handle things when they go bad,not selfish because nobody wants a selfish boss.

3.honesty because you would not want to go around and lie to you clients all day. I choose discipline because i am strict with my rules and am serious about being the leader.

    ReplyDelete
  22. 1)I think a great leader is someone who has responsibly, not just for them-self but for others too teach them, tell them what they should do better. I also think being strict is pretty good cause I want someone to push me to do it, but not very very strict cause nobody likes those people.
2)A good leader should have confidence, honesty and respect. Confidence because you don't want a leader who doesn't know how to make his/her own decisions. Honesty because you need a leader who tell you the truth about something and doesn't lie to you, well that's that I think. Respect is a very nice thing a leader to have, because if they know your working hard they might say something nice and that makes you happy but if you have a leader that is mean you might not like the job that your doing.
    3) The two leadership quality's I think that I have is hard work because I also want to finish the job that I might have to do as quick as possible but done well with hard work. Also confidence because I have confidence in me to tell people that they could have done this job a little better or help them out with something so they can do it well.

  23. 1) A great leader in my eyes is someone who can step up, take responsibility, and motivate people.

    2)
    A) A Leader should be confident, so he can motivate/inspire his/her team members.

    B) Honest, Many people like a leader that can tell it as it is.

    C) A leader also needs to be responsible. The leader can't mess around, they are leader so they can help their team get the job done.

    3) I believe that the 2 qualities I possess are a Caring attitude and also Motivating/Inspiring, because I care for my team members and I can also Inspire people.

  24. 1. A great leader to me is someone who can lead and keep their people happy. They are typically kind and caring, but can have other characteristics.
    2. A leader should be strong mentally, so if anything happens them or others they can continue to lead. They should also be trustworthy, if you are not trusted as a leader then your people might not listen to you and production may go down. Lastly, a great leader should be accountable, if something happens then a good leader should be able to accept it, see what went wrong, and see how to fix it and prevent it.
    3. I don’t think I posses many leadership qualities. I’m sort of strong mentally, i can accept that something good or bad happened and move on. I’m usually very patient, I can wait for something.

  25. 1. To be a great leader (in my opinion) you have to be seen as a good member of a squad or a good CEO.
    2. 3 qualities a leader should possess is being a leader you can trust, A leader that is perfectly clear on it's instructions (work), A leader that knows you well, and that you know well (after meeting them).
    3. 2 leadership qualities I would possess is being self explanatory (knowing whats up), being a good leader such as a CEO, I wan't to be in the top ranks if i'm going to be big enough to lead.

  26. 1.) In essence, a great leader should do what's necessary for progress to occur, while also doing it in an efficient and orderly fashion. Though many people would disagree with what has to be done for progress, but in the end progress must be made, regardless of what the individual feels. But if a massive group of people believe that what is being done is not right, then that leader should find a way to come to a compromise with the people, but not in a way where it looks like that the people can do this and get away with it often.

2.) A leader should have the wit and the charm to be seen by the majority as a good person, one who truly cares about their well being. Yet a leader should also have an iron grip, lest the people grow too fond of them and try to take advantage of their kindness. Finally, a leader should be as knowledgeable as humanly possible, in both current events and have at least have dabbled in economics and many sciences.

3.) I for one believe that I can get a task done in a very efficient way, as well as keeping my team mates in a good, working mood, and making sure that they are efficient with their jobs as well.

    ReplyDelete
  27. 1. A great leader is someone who knows what they are doing and are willing to go that extra mile to ensure that the job is done. A trustworthy person who expects their team to be people he can trust to do their job. Victory will be achieved through a great leader if the team is able to work hard enough to bring themselves to victory. A great leader is someone who can bring a team to victory based on whether they can do it themselves. If a leader did everything he could and the team still failed, the cause would not be that leader. A great leader would make their team succeed to the best of their ability.

    2. First, a leader should be trustworthy to their team. If a leader is known as a liar and he never tells the truth, their team would instantly be lessened by the constant questioning on whether the leader is actually telling them the truth.
Second, a leader has to be confident in his information. The leader has to know what he is doing. Otherwise giving possibly incorrect information for the team to learn. A trustworthy leader who was misinformed could ruin a team. Unless they were not trustworthy to begin with, in which case this second criteria would be completely irrelevant as they would probably not trust them in the first place.
Third, the leader has to have good intentions for the group. They have to know that they are going to have to work hard to get their team to the top. If a leader did not care and barely tried to help expecting the team to fail, there is pretty much no reason to follow them at all. At that point they should just get a new leader. Again, if they are not trustworthy, this criteria is also nullified as they could just decide to not believe them.

    3. I do see myself as a trustworthy person. I can not remember a time where I have lied to any major extent in my life. My friends believe me with topics and I feel I would be great at telling the right information. Honestly I am not the most confident person. My instincts are to question and really I can not see myself being as confident as I need to be. I hate failing and obviously my goal would be to succeed so I would meet that third criteria that I put. I am trustworthy and I would have very good intentions.

    ReplyDelete
  28. 1. What makes a great leader is a person that knows what he/she is doing and can teach his/her followers. Leaders should be able to lead the way but at the same time stick to what is right. Generally, a leader should stick to what he/she says, but be humble enough to change views, positions, or strategies.

    2. Four qualities a great leader should possess are confidence, responsibility, selflessness, and should be plain smart. Leaders should be confident in their people because without confidence it leads to distrust. While the leader should have rules, restrictions, and some sort of plan, leaders need to trust their people and know that if they work together they can do it. Leaders need to take responsibility when things go wrong because taking responsibility for your own actions is a skill that is a sign of wisdom. Selflessness is putting other people first, and being smart is the ability to not be stupid. These qualities make a great leader.

    3. Two leadership qualities I possess are smarts and taking responsibility. I've been the leader of little projects at school and usually I make a plan and share it with my teammates before initiating it. If the plan goes wrong, then I can accept it and come up with a better one.

    ReplyDelete
  29. 1. A great leader to me is someone that is in control and knows what they are doing. They also have to be smart and educated.

    2. A great leader should be smart, good motivator, and good at what they do because you do not want a bad leader that does not know what to do.

    3. The two qualities that I possess is Intelligence and Motivation.

    ReplyDelete
  30. 1 What makes a good leader is someone who can get everyone organized and to do one focused task and keep everyone in check by either helping someone who is struggling or make everyone do equal work. When someone leads they need to meet these requirements so people can be productive and at their best.
2 Three qualities leaders should have are being motivational. If a leader can't motivate their team you wont get the best results possible out of them. Another quality a leader should have is to put time and hard work into to what is desired to accomplish, without this whatever was want would just flop and won't work. The last one is to be able to set an example and inspire people. If this can not happen people would not want to work or listen to this leader and will do their own thing.
3 I believe that the qualities I possess is that I'm encouraging and inspiring. When I want to get something done I will lead and the way I do it is by getting people to not feel so about themselves. I would tell them that they did a good job and hopefully they will gain confidence so they would want to improve.

  31. 1. A great leader is able to unite people together to help towards a common cause. The keep everybody up to date, and help them focus on the task at hand. They should have previous experience with leadership to have knowledge on how to be a proper leader. He should have the thoughtfulness to listen to others and their opinions and take them into consideration.

    2. A great leader should have the following qualities: ability to be motivational, knowledgeable, and have the confidence to be a respected leader. If people on teams are not motivated, they have no purpose to continue on with that action. They need to have knowledge so they aren't seen as flustered or confused as they lead. Finally, they should have confidence, as they need to stand by their opinion and mission clearly, so people are able to comprehend the mission.

    3. Two qualities that I believe I have to be a good leader is trustworthiness and respectfulness. I find myself to be quite a trustworthy person, as I respect people's privacy, and take their thoughts into consideration that comes with respectability.

    ReplyDelete
  32. 1. A person who is calm and is always positive and ready to go. Sometimes the leader only needs to know the basics just to lead if he can his group to work as a team and to give him great ideas. The leader has to listen to his team but also be firm. The leader can not give up unless it does become a very bad idea so he has to guide the team to another direction. Last but not least he has to be trustworthy. You can not work for a person who you do not trust or will cause turmoil.
    2. a. Trust as explained in question one.
    b. Patience. Some things take time and you sometimes need to wait to get them done.
    c. Respect for his pupils. He needs to respect his work mates or else he might try to do all the work himself and not give jobs qualified for some people to them.
    1. a. Patience since I always try to be patience with my teammates. I do not try to push them into bad situations or try to change them immediately.
    b. I trust everyone I work with and if I am losing that trust I try to get it back to where it should be.

  33. 1.Good leaders are honest people and practice what they preach. A leader can organize and delegate jobs to certain groups of people. Someone who has an easy time speaking there mind and can inspire/motivate those under them. A leader that stays calm under all circumstances and trusts their gut. Being able to take different approaches to things depending on the situation.

    2. A leader should be strong in all aspects. A leader should practice what they preach and follow their set of morals no matter what they think personally. A leader should be able to make decisions hard and easy, a leader should know when they are wrong.

3.I guess I am pretty nice and I like to consider myself an honest person with a good heart. I feel like I could make the right choice on whether something is morale or not.

  34. 1. A great leader is someone who does what they said they would do, and also thinks of everyone, not just themselves or a few people. The leader should actually care about what they’re leading, and want to make things better.

    2. A leader should have these three qualities:
-They should have confidence. Without confidence, they won’t feel that they can do anything or make any changes for the better, and they won’t do anything that might be slightly unusual and risky but also helpful.
-They should have honesty. A good leader wouldn’t lie, and would do what they said they would.
-They should be committed. They shouldn’t be a leader and also be doing something else at the same time that is taking much of their time away from actually leading.

    3. I have honesty and I would also be committed. I usually don’t lie about anything, if someone asks me something I usually tell the truth and take whatever consequences come with it. When I’m trying to do something, I usually put all of my focus into it to try to accomplish my goals.

  36. 1. A great leader is someone who motivates people to do what needs to be done. They are somebody who can multitask. They also have to be strict. It would also help if they were always honest. Some people are just natural leaders. They cannot put themselves on a pedestal.

    2. A great leader should be honest, hardworking, and inspiring. They should be honest because when someone is slacking they need to be able to tell them and be able to tell their mistakes without lying. They need to be hardworking because a good worker never slacks of. They also need to be inspiring because the best leaders started out just like everyone else.

    3. I am good at creative thinking and I am open minded. Being creative is good because there is always room for innovation. Being open minded is helpful because leaders need to be able to change their focus.

2.A leader need to be fearless, they also need to be responsible and show kindness towards others.

  38. 1) A great leader to me is a leader that knows what he's doing, And is calm when there is danger and very responsible.
    2) A leader has to be Confident so when the leader is fighting against a big group he is confident that they will win.A leader needs to be Motivational so he can talk to his team strongly and efficiently. A leader needs to be Trustworthy so the team can look up to the leader.
    3) I think I have the qualities Calmness and respectfulness, the reason why i know I have these qualities is because My friends say I am and I respect them a lot.

  39. 1. A good leader, does not think of himself. He is completely selfless and in my opinion he needs to be able to call people out on their wrong doings not in a rude way. Just not like he's saying you did a good job when you did not. They need to be able to motivate people to do things and know how to read people easily.

    2. They should be selfless, confident and motivational. Whats the point of leading people that don't want to be lead.

    3. I am usually selfless and that's it. I'm not a good leader and I don't like motivating people.

  40. 1. A great leader is someone with the courage to help guide others. A leader is willing to help people in need and is willing to protect and lead us to victory.

    2. Three qualities a leader should have are compassion, focus, and passion. Compassion is important because it allows a leader to put themselves into the shoes of those they lead. People want to follow someone that is supportive and understanding. A focused leader stays on track and keeps others on track as well. A leader with passion tends to live the mission. This allow the leader to lead by example.
    3. The two leadership qualities I posses are a good work ethic and a positive attitude. I have an excellent work ethic. I follow through on commitments and stay on top of my goals. I am very positive. I have a good attitude and enjoy encouraging others.

    ReplyDelete
  41. 1. Ooo thats a deep question... Ok, for me a leader is someone who sets an example for others by going above and beyond to make the impossible possible. The best example that I have personally seen is an image of a manager and a leader, where the manager is sitting on his desk and telling the other workers to work while the leader was at the front lines showing the workers the way to go with all of them pulling the business. It was a very deep picture that will stay in my mind whenever I think of leadership.
2.3 leader worthy qualities would be the ability to think clearly when everything is hazy, the ability to set the example to his fellow followers/workers and most importantly a leader is one who takes on tasks and finishes them in a timely manner without complaining about the hardships. Its hard to explain what I mean by these but it is explainable if read closely
    3. Im not very leader like, though I do not complain about the hardships that I have and I set an example when possible for others to follow, though I do like to have fun too so its a 50/50 way street.

  42. What makes a great leader to me is someone who can charge into whatever they are leading with confidence, courage, and hope. Without those 3 qualities, no one can truly become a hero in my eyes. In order to be an influential leader you have to have a persuasive personality with the right motives that everyone can agree on. I am not a very good leader myself because i do not like the feeling of people depending on me because the chances are i might let them down. I say don't follow leaders, you have to learn to handle things yourself and be your own leader so you don't have to depend on others especially if you are in need of help, learn to deal with it yourself. Leadership is based around how well you can handle situations when others(or yourself) depend on you or can’t do it themselves.

  43. 1. A good leader, for me, is an individual that has a blazing desire to be the best, shows empathy towards his subordinates, and finally brings teammates to their maximum potential or morale.

    2. According to the article, a good leader should possess the following traits: an ambition, can get the best out of people, and a good role model.
A great leader would possess these traits because it's all keys to success and bringing up future leaders to come after him/her.

    3. The 2 leadership qualities that I possess is first, is that I have an ambition and a desire to win. I might not look like it but I am pretty competitive. I just need to work on showing my passion to win if I ever became a leader. The other quality is that I can get the best out of the people I am working with, at least that is what I think I can do. I'm really lacking the experience to be a leader so I am not so sure about the second one.

  44. 1. A good leader is known for their ability to uphold both balance and order with unparalleled determination, always seeking to set proper example for even those who choose against following him or her. There should be no obstacle too great for those who lead. A leader's priority should be carrying others with him or her and leaving none behind.

    2. A stable leader exhibits qualities of loyalty to those who follow him/her, perseverance through challenges, and the ability to prioritize. A leader must also be capable of holding a strong trust with people in general. For without strong bonds made between a leader and followers, the community will falter.

    3. Two general leadership qualities I possess are intelligence and persistence. My intelligence persists beyond academic levels as I have dabbled before in the philosophical arts--I am rather familiar with topics such as the concept of evil and political theorems. I am stubborn and quite set in my ways, but I will nonetheless work to the fullest extent to ensure the success of myself and those around me. I would describe myself as being of a good nature in general though I am sometimes quick to anger, but all good leaders have their faults they can work to fix.

  45. 1.)To me, a great leader would be someone that can connect well with the people under their wing, and who can detect what skills a person has and put them to that job. There also has to be a good deal of trust between a person and their leader so that there can already be some rapport between person and leader.
2.)3 of the traits leaders should have would probably be responsibility, charisma, and probably just a decent enough amount of intelligence. The responsibility would be for making sure that stuff is done by their people on time, and so that nobody slacks off. The charisma is vital because if they don’t have any, then it makes it much more difficult for people to follow and trust them, and that would make it impossible for work to be done. The intelligence would also be pretty vital because that would allow the leader to see how each person can do their jobs, and then assign them appropriately.
3.) I can prove to be responsible enough when the situation calls for it, and if I can look into people’s skills, I can assign them to jobs that fit their skill sets accordingly.

  46. 1.) A great leader is a person who is able to inspire others to become leaders themselves. For example, let’s take a simple leadership position such as the president of a high school club. A good president does not simply dole out orders to the other positions. A great president encourages others, through their own actions, to take the initiative of their own office to do their duty. This thus creates a chain of leadership rather than a president and his/her subordinates. A great leader awakens leadership in others.

2.) First off, a leader should be able to inspire others for the reasons stated in my answer to question one. A leader can inspire others through words or through actions. A leader must pave the way by setting an example for others to emulate. Secondly, a leader needs to be positive. Who has ever heard of someone getting anywhere because they lead with a bad attitude? People need to be excited to follow the leader, something that usually comes as a result of the leader having a likeable personality. And lastly, a leader needs to be able to connect with people. A leader cannot lead by himself, they must have people who support them. If you do not feel that someone relates to you and your issues, there is no reason to support them.

3.) I believe that I possess the quality of leading by example. I am not very outspoken, so I prefer to lead through actions rather than words. This quality has its pros and its cons. It can be very helpful in small settings, but it is more difficult to use on a larger scale because people tend to listen to the loudest person in the room. I also believe that I am a relatively positive person. I believe that there is a time and a place to be negative, but overall it doesn’t really help anyone in the long run.

  47. 1. To me, a leader is somebody who leads but isn’t afraid to take the fall if something goes wrong. This person guides others and helps them reach the ultimate goal while also allowing them to explore the possibilities and bounce ideas around on the best way to reach their goal. The most important quality is to not simply boss them around. A true leader gets down and dirty with the rest of their team to complete their goal.

    2. The three qualities that a great leader should possess is the ability to be flexible, be a hard worker, and to have a positive attitude. My first quality of flexibility is quite important in a leader as no matter what you do, something will go wrong. While some may see this as a pessimistic attitude, I see it as a realistic one. What makes a leader great is not prevention of all problems, it is being able to see a problem arise, make changes in order to fix it, and keep going. By being flexible, a leader is able to keep their team under control and maneuver them in such a way that fixes their problem while continuing to reach their goal. My second quality of being a hard-worker is important because this distinguishes leaders from bosses. A boss simply sits at the top, moving work around and delegating it without doing any of their own. A leader is able to get in the trenches with their team and fight together. By being involved, it allows a leader to look less condescending and lofty while allowing them to still have their power. Finally, the quality of having a positive attitude is incredibly important as a leader’s attitude directly affects their team. If the leader feels like this project isn’t going to get done, the workers are gonna feel it and not feel confident. By oozing positivity, it transfers it onto your team and keeps everybody working and happy.

    3. Two leadership qualities I possess are giving and serving my team and pushing people to their best. My goal when leading a team of my own is to put them in their most comfortable positions at first. That's where my quality of giving and serving come in. By giving them their most comfortable area, I can ask them questions and learn from them how they would complete the tasks. By doing this, I let them have freedom and allow them to ask for help or let them guide me. My second quality of pushing them to their best is having people work on an area where they aren’t as proficient. It forces them to collaborate with their peers as well as use the various resources around them to complete their task. By doing this, they learn more, expanding their skill set and bettering themselves.

  48. 1. A great leader to me is someone that can be very honest and communicate those are two very important qualities of a great leader. A great leader should also be very nice and you should be able to talk to them about almost anything, if you have any problems. Great leaders also need to be able to get stuff done and not get distracted. Not getting distracted is a very important part of being a great leader because if a great leader gets distracted by little and irrelevant things it would be very problematic for the great leader because they would not be able to lead as well as they should be able to.

    2. Three great qualities a great leader should possess include: Confidence, passion, and accountability. Confidence should be a very important quality of a great leader so they do not get nervous, confidence is also very important for the leader to be happy and have a high self-esteem. Passion is another particularly important quality of a great leader because passion improves motivation which is a side effect of having passion. Accountability is an exceptionally important of being a great leader because if the leader is accountable then they are most likely also responsible which is a very nice side effect of being

    3. Two leadership qualities I possess are being confident and having motivation. I think I possess confidence because it was the way I was raised and my friends, and I think I have motivation because I just get stuff done, but I’m usually motivated to do the work because it’s for school or the work is just important to me. I do school work so I don’t have bad grades and so my parents won’t get mad at me and take away my privileges and my phone, and also having a good GPA is pretty important to me.

  49. 1. To me a good leader knows what they're doing. Leadership requires knowledge of the subject at matter. If a leader doesn't know where to go, they are leading into nothing.
    2. Leaders need to have knowledge, the ability to get the best out of others, and be able to fight with others. Knowledge can give you power over objectives, such as knowing how to help another and teach them what they're doing wrong. They also have to know how to fight with others, because someone can't always carry others to victory.
    3. I, as a leader, acquire knowledge and the ability to get the most out of others. In Smite I help my friends do the best they can with my knowledge and help teaching them how to play.

  50. 1. A good leader not only knows what they themselves have to do, but what everyone else needs to to, and how to better help them do it.
    2. A good leader should anticipate and plan in advance, should be patient and calm, and willing to listen to those around, or even below them.
    3. I'd like to say that I am able to listen and better communicate with those around me, as well as inspire those around me to do better.

  51. 1. A great leader is willing to sacrifice for their followers. Leaders put their team's need above their needs, sacrificing their wants for their team's needs. They don't ever expect praise for their work, yet praise their team as needed.

    2. A great leader should be able to communicate effectively with all their team members, while also listening to what the team has to say. Leaders also must have a good attitude at all time, able to inspire their team when they need inspiration and motivate them when they need motivation. Finally, leaders must be willing to serve their team, even if it means sacrificing.

    3. I am definitely able to give and serve as a leader. I will do anything that's needed. Also, I always have a good attitude and try and set a good example.

  52. 1. Someone who puts his head in the game constantly and who is never willing to give up. These people like to talk too and make others feel sweet.
    2. Confidence, Happiness, and Loyalty. These pretty much make a good person cause they are willing to talk and tell people what they need to do.
    3. I'm really good at being alone so I guess that's one. I also don't talk so i'm a 10/10 leader.

  53. 1) To me what makes a great leader is someone who not only directs a group of people, but someone who is also involved. Someone who is in charge of people and just tells them what to do is not a leader but someone who leads by example and shares the experience with those being led is a leader.

2)Leaders should be a great example, ambitious, and should have a good attitude. These are important so that those who are being led are guided in a right direction and can gain common ground with the leader, leading to cooperation among the group.

    3) I believe that I possess is being in touch with the group, and being ambitious. When I start a group project I aim to finish it to the best of our ability with everyone involved. I also try to stay in touch with my people so that there is a sense of camaraderie in the group rather than me just being an outsider who is telling them what to do.

  54. 1. What makes a great leader a great leader is when they can help out with anything but get everything done and showing them self that they are nice and go for the point.

    2. 3 qualities that a leader should have that one of them It is to be lonely at the top, but that's no excuse for not giving generously of your time and they would need a confident voice with them to show they are storage how they aren’t scared of what happens the third one is they have to be motivational and that tells me that they are trying to get me up and show what I can really do.

    3. The 2 leadership qualities are willing to work hard and tell people what to do and to show them how to do it right and motivate people to show what they can do and what they believe in .

  55. 1. A great leader, in my opinion, is someone who can make important decisions while currying favor with the people around them. In the workplace, a good leader should be someone who can make important decisions and make sure that every member of the staff is using each of their individual abilities to the fullest.

    2. A leader should:
    a) Be able to help as much as he leads. A leader is as much a part of the team they lead as anyone else. They are the ones to organize their individual members and use their individual skills.
    b) Keep in touch with his subordinates. Again, a leader is as much a part of their team as anyone else. If there is a disconnect between leader and subordinate, the resultant project may be wildly different from what was intended.
    c) Not stand alone. A leader leads; that does not mean a leader is alone. This is crucial because a leader may have the final say in what happens in a project, but that does not mean the leader has the only say.

    3. Personally, I definitely like to decide who would be best for what job, and even deciding who could collaborate on certain tasks (because two heads are often better than one). In addition, I like to get multiple opinions on an issue; I never stand completely alone as a leader.

  59. 1. To me a good leader is one that takes responsibility for a group of people. A leader is supposed to lead the group to their goal of what they want to achieve through the guidance of the leader.
    2. First of all a leader must be smart because you need someone who can make the right decisions. Second, a leader must be responsible because without responsibility the group would be behind in their goal. Third, the leader must be able to communicate well with everyone in the group, so they will work well together.
    3. Two qualities I possess are persistence and intelligence.
