A piece of software that I very commonly use would be either Google Chrome or Firefox, and the reason why it’s between those two is because I use Chrome whenever I’m on a school computer, and so use it for whatever purposes I need, like information gathering or simply getting into Drive. I use Firefox when on my own laptop, for more or less the same things if I need to finish homework at home, but more often I typically use it for looking up information on games, if I reach a point where I need more of a helping hand than what my strategy guides can give.

It’s quite useful for quickly looking up information and connecting to other people. The internet also allows for people to put their own content out and allow others to see and use it.
3. One hardware component is the power supply. It allows for power to store in laptops and distribute it throughout the computer. It is also in desktops but only distributes power to the different parts of the computer. It has a transformer, voltage control and a cooling fan and within the more modern computers, conforms to the ATX motherboard configuration. Considering this configuration has been around of nearly 30 years now, I would have thought I knew about this. However, I found this incredibly interesting as I had never considered that their was any configuration before that.

ReplyDeleteI use MediaFire sometimes when I need a PDF(Portable Document Format) when I need to use a certain table or other tool. MediaFire is not always reliable, but it is quick at getting the files.
A piece of Hardware I use on my computer everytime is my trackpad. It is very useful when it comes to surfing the web. Although a trackpad for games isn’t the very best experience, it is built in and is more accurate.

1. Software is a program on a computer which is what allows you to do any thing on a computer. With out software computers would just be a box with cool looking stuff in it. Hardware is what makes the computer think as the CPU is commonly called the brains of the brains of the computer. You cant call a computer a computer if it does not have hardware.

ReplyDelete2. Iphotos, you can look at picture and make a slideshow out of the software and google chrome is a software you have to download and then you can go on it to search things up or look something up or look at a picture too.
3. Motherboard, this is where all the hardware goes onto because it's a big flat piece inside a computer where if you put all the parts you need, you can make a working and the computer wouldn't work because of the motherboard.
Hardware is a physical device and software is the programming on the device. I always prefer hardware because I'm good with my hands. For example, installing ISO's on my Xbox, the exterior of the iPhone, the curved aluminum is all hardware while IOS being the software.
